We are Solu Recrutamento e Seleção, operating as Solu ("Company", "we", "our"). We operate the site https://www.getsolu.ai (the "Site") and any related products and services (the "Services"). You can contact us at juridico@getsolu.ai.
These Terms are a legally binding agreement between you (individually or on behalf of an entity) and Solu, regarding your access to and use of the Services. By accessing the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you are expressly prohibited from using the Services and must stop using them immediately.
The Services are intended for users at least 18 years of age, except with express consent of parents or guardians for minors between 16 and 18 years old.
1. Our Services
Information provided when using the Services is not intended for distribution or use by any person or entity in a jurisdiction where such distribution or use would be contrary to the law. Anyone accessing the Services from other locations does so on their own initiative and is responsible for compliance with local laws.
2. Intellectual property
2.1 Our intellectual property
We own or license all intellectual-property rights in the Services, including source code, databases, features, software, design, audio, video, text, photographs, graphics (the "Content"), as well as trademarks, logos, and visual identities (the "Marks").
2.2 Your use of the Services
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Services and to download or print a copy of any part of the Content you have legitimate access to, solely for personal, non-commercial use, or internal business use.
No part of the Services may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, distributed, sold, or commercially exploited without our prior written authorization.
3. User representations
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:
- The registration information you provide will be true, accurate, current, and complete;
- You will keep this information accurate and update it promptly when needed;
- You have legal capacity and agree to comply with these Terms;
- You are not a minor in the jurisdiction where you reside;
- You will not access the Services through automated means, such as bots or scripts;
- You will not use the Services for illegal or unauthorized purposes;
- Your use of the Services will not violate any applicable law or regulation.
4. Registration
Registration may be required to use the Services. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account.
5. Payments
Solu currently accepts payment by bank transfer. We are prepared to accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Elo, Amex), PayPal, Pix, and international transfer.
5.1 Payment terms
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information and to keep it up to date. Payments are made in Brazilian Reais (BRL) within Brazil and in U.S. Dollars (USD) outside Brazil. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, even after payment has been requested or received.
6. Trial period
We may offer new users a free trial period. At the end of that period, the account will be charged according to the chosen subscription.
7. Cancellation
All purchases are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account. If you are dissatisfied, contact us at juridico@getsolu.ai.
8. Prohibited activities
You may not use the Services for any purpose other than that for which they were made available. As a user, you agree not to:
- Systematically retrieve data to build a collection or database without our authorization;
- Deceive, defraud, or attempt to obtain sensitive information such as passwords;
- Bypass, disable, or interfere with security features;
- Defame, disparage, or harm Solu or the Services;
- Harass, abuse, or harm other people using information from the Services;
- Use the Services in a way inconsistent with applicable laws and regulations;
- Upload or transmit viruses, Trojan horses, or material that interferes with third-party use;
- Use automated systems, scripts, bots, spiders, or scrapers;
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software powering the Services;
- Collect emails or usernames to send unsolicited communications;
- Use the Services to compete with us or for any unauthorized commercial purpose.
9. User-generated content
The Services may allow you to create, submit, display, or share content ("Contributions"). By posting Contributions, you warrant that you hold the necessary rights, that the content does not infringe third-party rights, and that it is not false, offensive, illegal, or in violation of privacy or image rights.
10. License over Contributions
By posting Contributions on the Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, irrevocable, perpetual, transferable, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, disclose, sell, publish, transmit, reformat, translate, distribute, and prepare derivative works of the Contributions, for any commercial or other purpose.
11. Modifications and availability
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services, in whole or in part, at any time, without prior notice. We will not be liable for unavailability, delays, or failures resulting from factors beyond our reasonable control.
12. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The forum of Solu's domicile is elected to settle any disputes, with waiver of any other, no matter how privileged.
